Innovation does not equal technology! Innovation focuses on executing an idea which addresses a specific challenge to achieve value for both company and consumer. But that is just one of the misconceptions around innovation. Among others it is a common believe that innovation is a domain exclusive to scientists and R&D workers.

In starting this month INCREASE project, together with 6 European partners, we are going to address those misconceptions. We are going to build awareness of the need for broad inclusion of employees across structures in innovation and help building understanding and capacity of non-R&D workers for their pro-active engagement to innovation.  More information about INCREASE Project coming soon.
