OPI - developing competencies for open innovation.

Open innovation is a process of opening an innovation process to other partners. Within open innovation in opposition to working on innovating behind closed doors, inside an organisation, company involves other partners in the process. Open innovation is a key strategy that allows SMEs to be relevant contributors to innovation, by sharing the risk and challanges of innovation with other organisations with complementary resources. That makes innovation more effective and more accessible to all types of organisations. But taking advantage of open innnovation requires specific competencies not only among managers, but among employees and supporting them HR professionals. In OPI project we focus on providing open innovation competencies to employees and job seekers that need requalification and to supporting them HR professionals.
