We’re very excited to announce the official kick-off of our Erasmus+ project: SkillWIZ: VET Foresight Academy (Project number: 2025-1-PL01-KA220-VET-000363129)!
Together with partners from Poland, Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain and Italy, we’re launching a 24-month journey to help VET educators gain the foresight skills needed to prepare learners for the jobs of tomorrow.

As digital transformation, green transition and social changes continue to reshape industries across Europe, VET organisations are increasingly expected to respond proactively to emerging skills demands. SkillWIZ addresses this challenge by equipping educators and trainers with practical foresight competences and tools that support future-oriented, inclusive and resilient training systems.

The project will develop the VET Foresight Academy — an interactive digital platform offering training materials, practical toolkits and collaborative learning opportunities for educators. Through methods such as trend analysis, scenario planning and participatory workshops, SkillWIZ aims to strengthen the capacity of VET professionals to design learning programmes that are aligned with future economic and societal developments.:
